Procal believes that the solutions to process analysis problems
are best reached by first discussing with the client the goals
to be achieved before assessing which product is best suited
to the requirements of the process.
Where the application is new, or there are conditions
which have not previously been encountered, Procal will first
investigate the feasibility using the company’s existing databases
of information. Procal’s applications engineers will evaluate
customer supplied samples to ascertain the viability of the analysis.
The company’s applications section is equipped with the latest
sophisticated laboratory spectrophotometers and associated equipment
for initial in-house testing. In some cases applications can also
be proven on a pilot scale on the chosen PULSI analyser in Procal’s
laboratory and customer witnessing of in-house tests are always
welcome prior to delivery of the instruments.
