Procal has recently received an order for two PULSI 200LR instruments to monitor the emissions from environmentally friendly, low pollution CHP plant. The PULSI 200LR CEM analysers will continuously monitor and data log emissions from the CHP's two stacks. Typical Application
- Range 1: 0 - 200ppm CO
- Range 2: 0 - 10ppm NO
- Range 3: 0 - 20ppm NO2
- Range 4: 0 - 20% H2O
- Range 5: 0 - 15% CO2
- Range 6: 0 - 20ppm SO2
Procal Analytics have two In-Situ Stack Gas Analysers suitable for the monitoring of low level pollutants. Both instruments utilise Procal's unique Enveloped Folded Beam In-Situ Sample Cell. If required, other gas species can be continuously monitored and displayed.
The instruments are connected via a serial link to Procal's Industrial PC, or a PC running Analyser Control for Windows software enabling display and data logging of up to eight Procal analysers.
The Procal 5000 Low Level, In-Situ CEM System enables gases to be measured, which previously had to be monitored by extractive analysers, which require a high level of maintenance.
Both the PULSI 200LR Infrared Analyser, and the Procal 5000 Full Spectrum UV Analyser are designed to have a better than 95% availability, which makes them an ideal CEM for all types and generations of fossil fuel power stations.
