Low Level In-Situ Analysers are Well Received

The Procal 5000 In-Situ, Multi Component, Full Spectrum UV Analyser proves itself in low level H2S, SO2, NO, NO2, CL2 and NH3 measurements.

The instrument designed to meet present and projected requirements for monitoring of low level pollutant sources, such as Gas Turbine Power Station Exhausts, Ammonia slip, Total Reduced Sulphur (TRS) and many more. By utilising Procal's proven in-situ stack gas cell, the Procal 5000 has the capability of zeroing and span calibration, either on command or automatically. The heart of the instrument is Procal's advanced spectrometer, which was specifically designed by Procal to be stack mounted.

The instrument has undergone rigorous testing of various applications, including UK Power Stations, a Canadian Paper and Pulp Mill and a Cement plant.

It is envisaged that this instrument, which requires very low maintenance, will take over applications, which, until now, have been the domain of extractive high maintenance instruments, such as Chemiluminescent, UV Fluorescent.
