Procal Analytics are proud to announce that the PULSI 200LR has been certified as a Continuous Emission Monitoring Analyser through the UK Environmental Agency's Monitoring Certification Scheme (MCERTS).

Unlike other countries approval schemes, MCERTS is based on International Standards.

The PULSI 200LR was approved through SIRA Test & Certification, using testing services provided by UKAS Accredited Laboratories, including NPL and AEA Technology.

The SIRA Certification Scheme, being accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, certifies that the instrument has been found to comply with the following standards; MCERTS Performance Standards for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (November 1998) Certification Ranges: CO 0 - 200ppm SO2 0 - 150ppm NO 0 - 300ppm H2O 0 - 25%

The approval covered rigorous lab tests, all aspects of the operation of the CEM analyser, and, in addition, an extended field trial to ensure the instrument operated correctly on plant.

The introduction of MCERTS will not only benefit UK customers but also assist export to countries which require all analysers to be approved to a "National Standard". Procal Analytics intend to certify further ranges and other CEM analysers in their extensive range. Procal Analytics would like to thank all those involved in the creation and operation of MCERTS.
