The Procal 5000 Full Spectrum, UV, In-Situ, Multi-Component Analyser has proved itself in the monitoring of gas turbine exhaust emission monitoring. The fully verifiable instrument is designed to meet the requirements of Environmental Protection Agencies Worldwide such as US EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and 75.

It can monitor, simultaneously, NO, NO2 and SO2 with a minimum range of 0 - 20ppm. The instrument does not require any consumables and has a typicall availability time of better than 98%. The Procal concept of fully challenging CEM Systems is achieved by flooding the sample cell with compressed air to verify zero and a certified test gas, traceable to a National Standard, to verify calibration. This can be done fully automatically if required. The concentrations measured can be displayed, data logged and re-transmitted using Procal’s industrial PC (Analyser Control Unit) or desktop PC running Procal’s ACU for Windows.
