The equipment was supplied for various applications within the fertiliser plant consisting of five applications, some of which are at high pressure and others in hazardous areas.
The PULSI 200LR was selected to carry out these functions and is capable of monitoring both low level ammonia at 300ppm as well as high level ammonia in process applications. The PULSI 200LR is CENELEC approved, EExd IIB T6.
By carrying out the measurement in situ the customer avoids the cost and service requirements of extractive systems, yet has the capability of in situ automatic zero and calibration. The ranges of the instruments supplied are as follows:
