Procal Analytics LTD design and manufacture a range of stack gas and process gas / liquid analysers for use in the process industries. The Company is based in Peterborough where all aspects of the product from the initial design concept to the installation and service of the equipment are undertaken. Products include both standard instruments and one off systems designed to customer requirements.

A large proportion of the company’s equipment is exported.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible person to join our small team responsible for the manufacture, testing and calibration of our instruments. We need some one with practical skills, a curiosity about how things work and desire to continually learn and use new ideas.

• Building and testing of electronic and electro mechanical assemblies.
• Using Gas and liquid samples to collect calibration data
• The processing of data using standard and custom PC based software applications
• Maintaining a range of test and calibration tools and equipment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an HNC in engineering (Electronics) however we will consider someone interested in training opportunities to this level and would be open to day release for study for the right applicant.

Science-based qualifications would also be of an advantage

Day release for further studies would be considered.

Hours of work 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Salary £14,000 - £18,000 depending on experience
